Our residential customer base covers a pretty large spectrum.  From the college student to your young professional and senior citizen, we see it all.  On the commercial side, we work with Salons, Barbershops, Message & Spa studios, gym's, cycling studios, Airbnb's, Bed and Breakfast, hotels, doctor offices and more...

Great question!  A good rule of thumb in the laundry industry is; imagine filling a standard size pillow case with your clothes, this typically weighs between 12-14 pounds.  Now imagine filling a 33gallong trash bag.  This typically weighs between 30-40 pounds.  You can always use your home scale to get an estimate of your garments weight.  When you come in we'll place your clothes on our certified calibrated Mettler Toledo scale, which measures one hundredth of an pound, to ensure you're getting the most accurate weight.

For pickup and delivery, we accept credit cards and debit cards.  We require your form of payment be placed on file.  Your card isn't billed unit your order is completed.  For drop-off service, we accept cash, card and checks.

Absolutely not!  Each customer's order is processed separately, so you can be sure we're returning all of your garments. We separate whites from colors and launder your garments as an individual order from start to finish.

Any of your machine washable fabrics from cotton, cotton-blend, synthetics and delicates.  We also do dry-cleaning.  On the commercial side, our most common items include; towels, table-cloths, napkins, lab-coats and chef jackets.

We are open Mon-Fri: 8am-8pm and Sat.-Sun: 9am-6pm.  Note, on Sundays the wash & fold and dry-cleaning is open for Express Drop only.
